Lisa Kirshon has been a practitioner and teacher for almost 40 years. Originally from the North Shore area of Boston Massachusetts, she has brought her passion and expertise to South Florida. She has helped empower thousands of individuals improve their physical, mental and spiritual health. This has helped her students achieve peak performance in their golf, tennis and other sports. In addition, she works with individuals with Parkinsons, COPD, cancer patients, and a variety of other conditions and illnesses.
She is a Certified Senior Fitness Specialist, Certified Aquatic Instructor, Integrative Medical Provider to hospitals, and an instructor for Corporate Wellness. Lisa is a well-respected wellness educator and motivational speaker, a Tai Chi expert and a National Tai Chi competitor. Lisa became the 2008 National Gold Medalist in the USAWFK (United States Wushu Kung Fu Federation), winning 2nd highest ranked female in the U.S.
