She is an instructor of Tai Chi and Qigong, teacher and facilitator of Meditation through guided visual imagery, a Certified Fitness Specialist to the Senior Industry and an Integrative Medical Provider to local hospitals; Heart & Wellness Centers. She started A Daily Dose of Vitamin Chi™ to provide Chinese Healing Arts Wellness Services, to help lead people to The Good Life. She likes to say, “We don’t stop exercising because we get old, we get old because we stop exercising. But yet, even more importantly is to understand that exercise is optional, movement is not...we are designed to move, it is HOW we move through life that can bring us the greatest joy and optimal wellness!”
She has been a practitioner and teacher in the North Shore area of Boston MA for more than 26 years, and has become a leader for helping empower hundreds of individuals improve their physical, mental and spiritual health for an overall happier and healthier lifestyle. Lisa has brought her passion and expertise to sunny South Florida where she now resides.
Lisa is a well-respected Wellness Educator, Motivational Speaker, Tai Chi expert and National 2008 Gold Medalist. Competing in the USAWKF, United States Wushu Kung Fu Federation, she won the title of being the 2nd highest ranked female in the U.S. Her competitive rankings also placed her to compete internationally.
