Lisa Kirshon has been a practitioner and teacher for over 30 years. Originally from the North Shore area of Boston Massachusetts, she has brought her passion and expertise to South Florida. She has helped empower thousands of individuals improve their physical, mental and spiritual health. This has enabled her students to achieve peak performance in golf, tennis and other sports. In addition, she works with individuals with Parkinsons, COPD, cancer patients, and a variety of other conditions and illnesses.
She is a Certified Senior Fitness Specialist, Certified Aquatic Instructor, Personal Trainer, Integrative Medical Provider to hospitals, and a consultant for Corporate Wellness. Lisa founded the Daily Dose of Vitamin Chi™ concept to help lead people to The Good Life. She likes to say, “We don’t stop exercising because we get old, we get old because we stop exercising. But yet, even more importantly is to understand that exercise is optional, movement is not...we are designed to move, it is HOW we move through life that can bring us the greatest joy and optimal wellness!”
Lisa is a well-respected wellness educator and motivational speaker on the ChineseEnergeticHealing Arts of Tai Chi and Qigong, and Meditation. A Tai Chi expert and a National tai chi competitor, Lisa became the 2008 Gold Medalist, in the USAWKF, United States Wushu Kung Fu Federation, winning the title of being the 2nd highest ranked female in the U.S.
